Treetop Cabin
Even from a distance you can see the outline of the cabin up in the trees. After a few meters you will come upon a duck-board, which winding its way between the trees leads you up to the different floors of the cabin. Soon you will find yourself in the treetops.
On the first floor is a small tower housing the spa bath. Here you can sit in the warm water, surrounded by greenery and the scents of the forest. Half a level down is the relaxation area, with toilet, shower, dressing room and a little relaxation room. The relaxation room has a full glass wall. This affords you close contact with the wild nature outdoors, whilst remaining cosy, warm and comfortable. Outside the relaxation area is an outdoor shower and a little terrace where you can chill between dips.
Outside the cabin is a stair leading you up to yet another terrace. Now you are close to the treetops. On one side you are encircled by large firs, and on the other side you have a view over the little marsh spreading out below you. Sometimes you can feel yourself moving in the gentle swaying of the house – rather like the trees moving in the wind. If you are watchful there is a good chance that you will see both deer and elks. There are plenty of wild creatures here.
From the terrace a glazed double door leads you into the heart of the cabin. When you step into the room you are met by nature itself – the huge panorama window invites the marsh and the tops of the fir trees right into the room. Whether you are sitting at the dining table, in the sofa corner or standing next to the big window, it is nature from outside that creates the feeling inside the room.
Here you can enjoy a good dinner or just unwind on the sofa. In the room you will also find a sleeping alcove with a built-in double bed. Right next to it a ladder leads up to the little sleeping loft. Just centimetres from the panorama window you will find the dining area. If you are lucky you can spot the elks from the kitchen table as you drink your morning coffee.
